Luxury Self-Catering Glamping Tents

These five spacious and stylish tents provide a perfect balance of comfort and immersion in nature. Each is fully equipped with modern amenities and private decks overlooking the beautiful surroundings, making them ideal for families, couples, or groups.

Estrela: The Stargazing Tent

Estrela is an open-sided tent designed for stargazers. Located by a scenic field, it offers a spectacular view of the night sky. This option includes breakfast and dinner, a small fridge, a tea and coffee station, and a braai stand for cozy evenings around a “kuier vuur.” Guests share the glamping ablution block, which is equipped with showers, toilets, and dishwashing facilities.

Bush Campsites

For camping enthusiasts, the camp offers two small, intimate campsites tucked into the bush. Each site includes electricity, a braai area, and access to an ablution block, providing a back-to-nature experience without sacrificing convenience.

Did you know that Hluhluwe Bush Camp is also completely off the grid? And we do off-grid properly! We have a state-of-the-art system, including solar panels, inverters, a generator, and borehole water with a treatment plant. 

Beyond its unique accommodations, the camp features a welcoming reception area, a pool with sun loungers, and a charming Farmstall. The Farmstall is a one-stop shop for fresh, homemade goods like filled sandwiches, Dutch crispy fries with mayo, pineapple juice, coffee, cappuccinos, fresh lettuce and vegetables, as well as breakfast and BBQ packages. You’ll also find essentials like salt, pepper, toilet paper, firelighters, wine, beer, water, and even ice cream.
